Do I get the address by e-mail?

Yes, one day before your session, we send a reminder e-mail with it

At what time should I arrive?

Please be on time – we welcome each participant one by one

I’m 10 minutes late, is that ok?

Not really. We can wait up to 5 minutes past your appointment time but not more than that.

When can I start scheduling?

The Open Sessions allow participants to schedule one week in advance

Can’t I just book 3 weeks in advance?

Not really. We noticed that many people that book too much in advance tend to forget about the appointment and not show up

Is there a deadline for scheduling?

One day or 24 hours before the open session day, the system blocks further bookings

Can I just show up?

Please don’t do that. We won’t be able to welcome you. We’re also managing the arrival and departure time of each practitioner

Can I bring a friend or a 'plus one'?

Each participant needs to book their own slot – as long as your “plus one” has booked their own slot, they can join freely

Is there a Code of Conduct?

Yes. Our goal is to welcome everyone and to create an environment where each person is safe and feels safe.

In order for you to have the best possible experience, we have a few guidelines and suggestions that helps us improve your session and the overall organisation

  • RSVP opens a week in advance

  • RSVP closes one day before

  • Chronic or serious illnesses need to be discussed – be upfront

  • Be as open and as relaxed as possible

  • Avoid wearing crystals

  • We wait up to 5 minutes

  • If you enjoy it, you can also become a practitioner
